The vacation home is located directly behind our THEODORUS wine estate.
Who already visited us knows that it is secluded at the outskirts of Hainfeld with a wonderful panorama view to vineyards and the Haardtmountains.
Places of excursions like the Trifels in Anweiler, the Castle of Hambach, the Castle Ludwigshöhe, Landau, Karlsruhe, Heidelberg, Speyer, Straßburg and the Alsace and even pure nature or for the children the and the Holiaypark at Haßloch and the high ropes course at Kandel are not far from here. Also Golfers don't have to miss out their sport with the courses at Essingen and Geinsheim or just relax at the Südpfalzthermen at Bad Bergzabern.
Please note:
Starting from August 2009 the storehouse of the wine estate will be enlarged . This means that construction noise can be heard in the vacation home.

The furnishing of the house leaves nothing to be desired. Why should you renounce to your usual comfort during your vacation?
At the first floor you will find a spacious and comfortable living room with a sofa and a sandstone fire place (firewood will be charged seperately), Sat-TV and hi-fi unit - the open dining area follows and a kitchen in country house style with a dishwasher, a microwave and a baking oven, a separate WC with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
Using the stairs you get to the gallery in the second floor.
Two cosy sleeping rooms with king-size beds and a bathroom with shower, bath tub, two basins, bidet and WC welcome you.
The house is surrounded by a garden with a canopied terrace with gareden furniture and a barbecue.
Here you can spend a good time and relax.
Within walking distance you can reach the outdoor swimming pool of Edesheim. In the centre of the village you can find a bakery, besides bread you can also buy other goods.

Up on request up to 6 persons can sleep in the vacation house, as the sofa in the livingroom is a sofa bed, but this wouldn't meet the standards of a five star vacation home.
