In the glass rich yellow with brass reflections. On the nose melting brown sugar, vegetal notes, a hint of cinnamon, turmeric, lemon zest and crumbly apple flesh. In the mouth mild acidity, concentrated apple pulp and devotional spice of liquorice, cinnamon and trace elements of yellow curry. Superfine bitter notes occupy the papillae and spark vegetability into the taste centre of my brain. Great drinking pleasure with wonderful umami compatibility. 5*
